WHAT is Plant-Based?
A way of eating that focuses primarily on whole plant foods. This includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, legumes, and fungi.
WHY go Plant-based:?
A whole-food, plant-based diet has been extensively associated with significant and sustained weight loss. It has also been shown to prevent, halt, and in some cases, reverse chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. Plant-based diets also have a lighter environmental footprint.

I'm Sarah, a registered dietitian who has been plant-based for over a decade now. I'm continually amazed and inspired by the research behind plant-based living.
